Now that I'm sitting here thinking about it, Jerin and I's love story follows the cliche dating app love story. I'm not saying ours isn't special because of that, but I don't want to bore you guys with a similar story as the one's you've probably read before on this same wedding website. My real story with Jerin started when I realized that he is a special guy. I realized this early on. On our first date actually. Not only is Jerin handsome and tall and fit upon first look, he is also super intelligent and extremely good at his job. He's kind of a nerd honestly, in a good way! Being that Jerin is a surgical PA and I'm an operating room RN, Jerin and I immediately were able to share our work stories and really grasp what the other person was talking about. It was and still is really nice! Jerin is not only smart though, guys, he's also sporty and athletic! He has gotten me to start going to the gym regularly, which my sister can tell you seemed impossible before Jerin. He is always up to date on the latest sports news too. What really made me fall for Jerin on that first date, though, was the fact that he is so genuine and real, kind, respectful, and truly, a class act. He always stays true to himself. To top it off, he is also super fun and adventurous and has amazing taste in music, like me (lol)! People like Jerin don't come around often, and when I realized that early on, I held on tight and will never let go.

Her Story...

Throughout my life, I always knew what I wanted. I had the job, I had the gym, I had the travel, I had the family &amp; friends, etc. Things had been going great! Love was never really something I envisioned as part of my happiness; to find a partner who valued all the aspects of my life just as much as I did, I didn't think such a person existed. And if they did, they DEFINITELY wouldn't be on any dating apps; after all, those things don't work. Cue all the horror stories you hear about them. Fast forward to 2023 - I'm at work, bored, and I see a match pop up on a dating app! I was on the app, sparingly - just to say I was looking for a relationship. Truthfully, I don't know what made me message her, but I did, albeit a few days later. Call it fate, divine intervention, whatever you want to call it. After a few days of fruitful conversation, I started to realize - this might actually be something. She was interesting, independent, intelligent.. everything checked out. We finally set up a time to meet, and I tell her I have a short window as I leave work at 8PM and have work at 7AM the next day. Long story short, before I knew it, it was 2AM. I had to force myself to go home to get some sleep before work - we couldn't stop talking to each other! Yup, I knew from that very first date that this could possibly be it. She is kind, caring, outgoing, passionate, intelligent.. everything I could wish for in a partner. One more date, a spontaneous New Year's Eve celebration, and a night out; the rest was history. Fast forward to 2025 - we go to the gym together, we travel together, we hang out with each other's friends &amp; family frequently; who would have thought? Everything just felt so flawless. More so, it felt as if we were becoming the best versions of ourselves, through each other. Thus, proposing to Ashley was a no brainer. That was truly the easiest question I've ever asked. Finally, here we are! Thank you for joining me in my side of the story. If you're still following along, it's been real! For our guests who are flying in for the wedding celebrations, the closest airport to the church, venue, and hotel is PHL. It is about a 30 minute car ride from PHL to South Jersey, which is where the wedding events will be taking place.
