The shuttle to the ceremony will pickup between the Hilton and Hampton Inn (hotels share same parking lot). Shuttle #1: 3:45pm. Shuttle #2: 4:15pm. Transportation will be provided from the ceremony to the reception and back to the hotels following the reception.

There are >100 parking spots at the University club allowing plenty of room for our guest to park. Please do not drink and drive. The venue allows cars to stay parked overnight as long as they are picked up the next day. We will also provide transportation throughout the evening.

We ask that you kindly arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

We are SO excited to see our guests dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire.

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors!

We kindly request that this be an adult only event with the exception of children in the bridal party. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun date night!
