Once upon a time, Ashley was bored one day during the early stages of the pandemic and decided to create an Instagram page titled, “Ask Ashley!” The Instagram page was a platform for small businesses to promote their products on Ashley’s page. Eventually - Sean’s sister, Rachel followed her page religiously and would often DM her saying, “make your bed” or “why is there garbage shown in the background of your photos/posts”. Those continuous messages eventually turned into a blossoming friendship.

One day, Rachel, messaged Ashley on Instagram asking, “do you want to date my brother? I think he’s around your age”. Ashley, without asking any questions said, “Sure! Send him my number.”

Month after month went by and Ashley never heard from Sean… Ashley later on deleted her “Ask Ashley” Instagram page, but Rachel and Ashley stayed in touch as they followed each other on their personal Instagram accounts.

A year later, Rachel messaged Ashley about a restaurant she had eaten at on her IG story and afterwards Ashley aggressively responded with, “what ever happened to that very cute brother of yours? He never reached out" Rachel without any hesitation was fed up and said, “omg, I will get on it now!” Rachel immediately reached out to her brother, Sean, and demanded he reach out to Ashley. The next day Sean was going to a Candy Show with Rachel and Sean knew she would torment him throughout the entire show – so Sean finally took charge and texted Ashley later that evening and the rest was history!

Ashley and Sean throughout the year traveled all around the United States and eventually moved to Northbrook. They currently share their love for DoorDash and most importantly spend tons of time with their large families and their combined 10 nieces and nephews!
