Q + A

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests may arrive 15-30 minutes prior to ceremony, unless otherwise told to arrive earlier (i.e. VIP guests, like family).

What is the dress code?

Officially: Dressy-Casual, Semi-Formal. With that being said, the ceremony and reception will be held at a desert ranch during the springtime. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to wear. You can check out the event grounds by going to the "Gallery" at www.thelazycranch.com Use the venue location and the occasion to inspire your look! Thinkin' western? Giddy on up! 70's retro? Groovy! Western-70's?! Yee-Haw, baby, let's get dow! We encourage everyone to have fun with it! We want you lookin' and feelin' good, but most of all we want you to be comfortable!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony is outdoors. The poolside cocktail hour is outside, offering both open-aire and shaded spots throughout. The reception is in a covered outdoor pavilion. There are indoor spaces open to guests, like the game room, that have central air. This is primarily an outdoor event. There's dirt, desert weeds, wildflower pollen, and animal fur (horses and goats) on property. If you are a victim of seasonal allergies, or you're allergic to everything like Ashley, please make sure you take and/or bring allergy medications.
