The room block rate is good for 3 days prior and 3 days post the dates listed above. Hutchinson Shores # (877) 502-4653 Rates: Sunset View $259.00Pool View $ 289.00Oceanfront View $319.00 In order to receive the rates listed above, rooms need to be booked no late than February 27, 2021. Rates are subject to a $34 taxable Resort fee per room, per night. The Resort fee includes access to Valet parking (1 vehicle), Complimentary wireless internet, Daily Beach Chair set up, In-room Keurig coffee, Towel service at the resort pools, Concierge Service, State of the Art Fitness Center, Weekday USA Today newspaper, Business center for computing and printing needs, Unlimited local calls and toll-free number access, Fresh Fruit, Homemade cookies and bottled water available daily in the Pantry located on each floor. 100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity and no portion goes to any resort associate.
