Our Wedding

<p>Our story begins in 2017 at South Dakota Mines in the P-C commons. We were sitting in the same area doing the same homework and we found out we were in the same math class. During that semester we would occasionally do our homework together. We didn't become good friends until sophomore year when we started getting food after studying. Through the rest of our college years, we stayed good friends hanging out from time to time, getting food, and texting quite a bit. We even went out on a few "dates" in college. While hanging out with Tyler, Ashley watched all of the Star Wars movies for the first time senior year of college. Our first "official" date was a Nebraska Cornhuskers football game, against Ohio State in which Nebraska almost won in 2021, which Ashley now knows is classic Nebraska football. After that, we started seeing each other any time we could. We have gone on many adventures and tried many new things together. Ashley introduced Tyler to sushi and it was a match made in heaven. In return, Tyler introduced Ashley to craft beer and she found one in none other than Norfolk that is her absolute favorite, Donna's Raspberry Pilsner. In September of 2024, Tyler proposed to Ashley after a few years of dating (and a few more Husker football games).</p>
