The Hilton Inn West Omaha does provide a free shuttle service. The shuttle service is on a first come first serve basis. Which means, the morning of, you will need to contact the front desk and let them know time/place you are going. They plan the day around everyone. To get back to the hotel, you just need to call the phone number on the card they provide you and let them know when you're ready or when you'll be picked up and location. The shuttle service hours run from 4pm-11pm (Tips to the driver are appreciated!) Unfortunately, The Holiday Inn Express - Elkhorn does NOT provide a free shuttle service
