Our Wedding

We first met during our&nbsp;study abroad days,&nbsp;in Birmingham England, and&nbsp;shared many lifelong memories and lifelong friends. Little was Zac&nbsp;aware that Ashley had&nbsp;liked him&nbsp;the entire time and that continued even when they returned home to the U.S.&nbsp; We&nbsp;remained friends and stayed&nbsp;in contact, occasionally &nbsp;being able to visit. Naive Zac eventually caught&nbsp;on, and "staying in contact" became "constantly talking" about absolutely everything: Life, God, family and future goals.&nbsp;A reunion of the study abroad friend group in&nbsp;New York in fall 2017 was&nbsp;a game changer and the&nbsp;turning point in the relationship. Zac realized that he liked Ashley too and&nbsp;we considered a more serious relationship,&nbsp;but Texas is far from Maine. Zac visited Ashley a couple of times in Texas and there was the perfect amount of love and laughter. After a few months of talking over the important things of life we realized that we should just send it. We officially started dating in February of 2018. Zac moved to Washington DC from Maine and Ashley to Washington DC&nbsp;from Texas. Our relationship grew and our love deepened&nbsp;to the point that marriage became obvious to us and to everyone in our lives.
