What’s the attire?
The dress preference for our event is Black-Tie Formal. The perfect opportunity for your favorite evening gown/long dress or tuxedo/suit! We do not expect our guests to purchase an outfit solely for our event; we only want you there. Come as you are! If formal attire is not in your budget, or you prefer another style, we just ask that you do not wear jeans.
How do we RSVP?
Once you receive your invitation by physical mail, you can go to our website and search for your name under our guest list, where you can then RSVP digitally. You will not RSVP by paper mail, as we thought it would be simpler for guests to confirm their attendance/decline on our website.
What type of Ceremony & Reception?
Thank you for understanding in advance. This is a chance for parents to have a fun date night! Ceremony and reception are both adult only. Ages 21+
Ceremony & Reception details
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors with heating and/or air conditioning. Cocktail hour will be mostly outside.
Travel & Stay
We have reserved hotel blocks at The Hampton Inn Suites - Clemmons for those who are traveling out of state, out of town, or for those who would simply desire to do so. If you would like to reserve for the night or the weekend, please reach out to the hotel or see our travel page for the link.
The venue has plenty of parking on site for self-transportation. If you plan on drinking, please consider alternative modes of transportation so you can enjoy your night!
What style of catering?
Elevated will be our catering company. This will be served buffet style.
Restroom accommodations
Restrooms are in their own small building in between the glass ballroom and the little chapel.
Can I bring a “Plus One?”
Due to the strict capacity of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but unfortunately, we cannot allow additional 'plus ones' unless their name is on the invite.
RSVP Deadline
Kindly RSVP on our website by February 18th, 2026. This deadline is necessary to finalize our seating chart and provide a final number for catering. If we do not receive your response by this date, we will regrettably record your absence.
Beverages
we will be having beer and wine for cocktail hour and the reception. We will have a small champagne toast in addition to this. We will not be doing liquor. Please schedule your rides accordingly. For those who prefer other options, tea, water, and lemonade will be available.
Parking
once you come through the gates at the top of the hill, you will see overflow parking to your right. There will be golfcarts assisting guests for those who choose not to walk to the building. The walk from the parking lot to the building is approximately 4 minutes.

Reception Seating
we will be doing individual assigned seating for the reception. We thought it would be more personable to have this, and we’ve spent a lot of time making sure everyone is set up to enjoy spending time with others. This will help the flow of the evening as well.
