Are kids allowed?
In order to allow all guests a relaxing and enjoyable evening, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion.
What is the dress code?
For the welcome drinks, we know many of you will have spent most of the day traveling, so please feel free to come "business casual"! For the wedding, we love an opportunity to get done up, so please, formal.
Can I Bring A Guest?
Due to a limited capacity, we can only accommodate the name(s) listed on your invitation.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be held entirely indoors.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes, we will be providing transportation from the AC Hotel to the venue and back to the hotel after the reception. There is also parking for the venue along Union Street and in the Municipal Parking Deck on Cabarrus Ave W.
Can I take the bus if I'm not staying at the hotel?
Yes! Please meet at the AC Marriott in Uptown by 3:50p if you plan to ride the bus.
Bus Schedule:
3:40p - Busses pick up at the Hilton in Uptown
3:50p - Busses will leave the Hilton and pick up guests at The AC Marriott Uptown
4:00p - Busses depart from the AC Marriott and head to the venue
8:45p - The first bus back to the AC Marriott will pick up at the reception
10:30p - Busses depart from the reception back to the hotels in Uptown
