Where else would one find love than at the corner of 25th and Division? We first met at work. Ashley would try to catch Cole's eye with her red nails, that Cole was entirely oblivious too. Since Cole was Ashley's boss, he did not agree to a date, but he did eventually cave and the first date occurred at the Ultimate Sports Bar, which has now become a much visited spot for us.

It all became "official" on July 24th, 2019, although if you ask Ashley, that date is a sham and it was official much sooner.

After 2 wonderful dating years, the engagement became official on August 4th 2021; happening in the most romantic of ways, that only Hallmark could do a better job of capturing. As Ashley filled up her water bottle at the fridge prior to a weekend up north in Ely, MN, Cole came down with the intent to surprise her prior to the 4 hour car ride. However the reflection in the fridge foiled this plan, and the surprise lost most of the luster. (One would think waiting until we were up in the wonderful northern landscape, with gorgeous lakes and scenery, would have been a better idea; however, Cole wanted her to have the ring prior to making it up north). So, there it was, the two love birds engaged, and Ashley staring at her ring the entire ride thinking she was dreaming.

After that, it was sporadic wedding planning, looking for the right venue, the right caterer, and all the fun planning that comes with hosting a wedding; which, will bring us to the evening you all are RSVPing to now. We will continue this love story on August 12th, 2023 - we hope that anyone that is reading this will be able to join us then, to support us in our marriage and party the night away to celebrate it!
