Lost Forty Brewing takes its name from the historic, storied forest that stands on 40 acres of Arkansas's last truly virgin soil in Calhoun County. We aim to craft beers as unwavering, wild, and uniquely Arkansas as the the land itself. Samantha’s is upscale hop with down home comfort. It’s the only Arkansas restaurant to have all beer and wine offerings available on tap; 32 and 20 respectively. The freshest locally-grown ingredients are on hand whenever possible as Samantha’s cooks by way of the oldest form: Wood fire. The Flying Fish is born out of a love for the many East Texas Fish Joints available on area lakes, especially Caddo Lake. We sell gobs of fresh catfish, shrimp and oysters, grilled fish, shrimp cocktail, fish cocktail, crab legs, burgers, chicken and mudbugs (crawfish) in season. A specialty selection of grilled salmon, trout or tilapia is also offered each day. Ice cold Tap and bottled Beer, wine and home made margaritas are also served
