Molly and I first met back in middle school, and from that moment on we were inseparable. We did everything together, from school days to weekends, and quickly became such an important part of each other’s lives. I honestly couldn’t imagine my life without her—she isn’t just a friend, she’s family. In fact when we would go out together, I think we would both worry our mother’s to death.. which we still do to this day.
Molly has always been the life of the party, the one who makes everyone feel welcome and included. Her energy, kindness, and joy have been constants in my life, and I’m forever grateful for the bond we share.
Michaela isn’t just one of my bridesmaids—she’s Will’s sister-in-law, which officially makes her family, whether she likes it or not. From day one, she’s brought the perfect mix of sarcasm, support, and “tell me everything immediately” energy into our lives.
I’m beyond excited to have her by my side as we take this next step. Having her in our corner means the world to me. I can’t imagine this day (or this wedding planning rollercoaster) without her.
Will and Zac have been inseparable since middle school—the kind of best friends who bonded over troublemaking, inside jokes, and always having each other’s backs. Now, on Will’s wedding day, Zac stands beside him as best man, steadying his nerves just like he’s done for years. As Will steps into married life, Zac remains exactly what he’s always been: the friend who never left his side and never will.
Jake and Ashley have been friends since their daycare days, and he met Will in high school. Known as the life of the party, Jake is always ready with a laugh and a good time. He’s also the one who introduced Ashley and Will—so really, this whole wedding is thanks to him! Jake is the friend who’s always there to help, and we’re so lucky to have him around for all the fun (and maybe a little trouble too).
Will and Isaiah go way back to their bus-riding days, and they’ve been causing trouble together ever since. Isaiah was the first one to hop on a four-wheeler with Will, and let’s just say there were plenty of crashes and laughs along the way. He’s always ready for karaoke night—whether or not the rest of us are ready to hear it—and he never turns down a glass of his beloved Oliver wine. Isaiah brings the fun everywhere he goes, and we wouldn’t want to celebrate without him.
Will and Trent met playing baseball and have been close friends ever since. From hanging out all through high school to spending countless days fishing and riding together, they’ve shared years of laughs and adventures. Will is grateful to have Trent by his side on his wedding day.
Ed is Will’s brother and the one responsible for getting him hooked on riding in the first place. When they’re not out on the trails, you can usually find the two of them elbow-deep in Will’s Razor, truck, or whatever else has broken down that week. Ed has a special talent for keeping Will busy—mostly with repairs—but he’s also the guy who can “make it work” no matter what. If something runs (or at least makes noise), chances are Ed had a hand in it.
Nanny has always filled our family with love — through her cooking, her quilting, and the care she puts into everything she does. Her warmth and wisdom remind us that the best things in life are made with love, a lesson we carry with us as we begin this new chapter together.
Ever since Will was a kid, Pawpaw has taken him out to the farm to go deer hunting—though half the time it was probably more about the snacks and stories than the deer. He’s been there every step of the way, teaching Will patience, hard work, and a healthy respect for early mornings. Will also grew up watching Pawpaw in his workshop, learning woodworking and soaking up plenty of life lessons (and maybe a few tricks for fixing things with duct tape). The time they’ve spent together has shaped who Will is today, and having Pawpaw here to celebrate is something truly special.
