I don't see "______" name on the household invite.

Due to venue capacity we can't invite everyone. Only those whose names are on the rsvp are invited.

When is a good time to arrive at the ceremony?

Arriving around 2:00-2:15 would be an ideal time.

How far is the lodging/reception spot from the ceremony spot?

35 minute drive

Are kids allowed?

Yes, kids are welcome, but we ask that they are WELL BEHAVED. The ceremony will be held along the river and is on a farm where there is heavy duty equipment and animals at large. The reception location is close to the rail and is at our friends 5 star lodge. So please be respectful of the venue.

I plan on having a good time, but how do I get home?

If someone in your party doesn't drink, they can be your DD, but if you all want to have some drinks we hope to have a shuttle service that goes to McBride twice during the night. Please let us know if you would want to plan to use this service so we know how many runs to plan for.

**If you plan to use the shuttle, consider carpooling so you have a vehicle the next day to retrieve the one left behind.**

How much is the shuttle service?

This service will be offered by a good friend and will be by donation per run.

What about the weather?

Some locations will have cover, but please come prepared. Items such as an Umbrella, sunscreen, bug spray, jacket etc. would be a good idea.

I can get hangry & we're in the middle of nowhere. Will there be snacks?

Yes, there will be light refreshments and a light snack at the ceremony, and dinner will be served at 6pm. But, you may want to bring some extra snacks if you're not sure it'll be enough for you, or if your kiddos are used to snacking lots.

Parking?

There is lots of parking at both locations.

How do I know where to park my RV or tent?

We will have someone there to assist you.
