Can I Bring A Date?
Please check your invite for your plus one! Your invite will specify if you have a +1 for the wedding. If still unsure, whenever you enter your name on the RSVP form, it will show if you have a plus one and who is all in your party.
WHAT WILL THE CEREMONY LOOK LIKE?
We are kindly requesting an unplugged ceremony. We would love to see your faces, not your devices. Please put away your phones and cameras until after the ceremony. Our photographer is awesome and has it covered!
How Far is the Church from the Venue?
The church is 25 minutes away from the venue. Transportation will not be provided from the church to the venue.
What to do during the gap between the ceremony & the reception?
Since our cocktail hour starts promptly at 7 PM, there will be a three-hour gap between the end of the ceremony and the cocktail hour. We recommend staying at the hotel, changing into your black-tie attire, grabbing a drink at the hotel bar, and waiting for the complimentary shuttle to take you to The Grand at 6:30 PM SHARP
If Staying at a hotel near the venue, how do I get to the venue?
If you are staying at the Best Western Plus Fairfield Executive Inn using the wedding room block, there will be transportation available for free to and from the venue from the hotel. The shuttle pick up time to the cocktail hour is at 6:30 pm SHARP, if you miss this shuttle, there will NOT be another one coming and you will have to find other arrangements to the reception. The shuttle at the end of the night will leave The Grand at 12:15 am to go back to the hotel.

If you are driving to The Grand yourself, there is complimentary valet parking available.
