Once two individuals in Granbury&nbsp;Texas working through life and enjoying all things Granbury had to offer....then came the blind date....well semi-blind,&nbsp;because Ashley creeped on&nbsp;Nate via&nbsp;facebook, but who doesn't these days. The two met along with&nbsp;others at 1890 with no intentions of the date going past dinner. Nate notices Ashley likes slightly dirty martinis&nbsp;and red wine, which he thinks she picked up on that from her private investigation on him and knew what to do to draw him in....well it worked.&nbsp;Their life after this first date would never be the same. They enjoyed many fun dates like&nbsp;Ash shooting her first elk, hunting trips with Anja, vacations&nbsp;nationally and internationally, holidays,&nbsp;weekend trips with each others family, and many nights just laying low with their&nbsp;pets (Ella,Kami&nbsp;Jo, Anja,&nbsp;Lucy).&nbsp;&nbsp;The engagement was by far a surprise, after a night of dinner and drinks, the couple ended up at 1890 where they originally had their first date. With friends who helped Ashley stage the proposal,&nbsp;Ash knew (private investigation) that Nate loved Johnny Walker Blue Label&nbsp;Scotch, so she had a custom bottle made with "To the steps we have taken and those ahead" engraved on the front. The bartender walks up asking if there is a Nathan Burger, whom he hands the bottle to. Nate has no idea of what is going on. As he is looking over the box Ashley is yanking on his arm to pay attention to her and when he looks over she is down on one knee...Engaged!

Registry

We have blocked ten rooms for those who wish to stay, and if need be we are able to get more. Shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Rooms will be $110 for standard and $130 for suites. The more rooms we book, more shuttles will be provided. If you have any questions or concerns, please get ahold of Nate or I.
