Weekend Itinerary:

Thursday, April 24th

Welcome Sunset Cruise

Time: 6:00-8:00

Boat: 65 ft. Catamaran

Pickup Spot: Meet at 241 Front Street, Opal Resort and Marina by 5:30 (or you will be forced to swim to us)

Dress Code: Casual (sundresses, skirts/top, shorts for men are fine, sandals)

There will not be food on the cruise, please plan to eat before or after. Champagne, beer, wine, margaritas, Pepsi products, and water included!

Friday, April 25th

Wedding Day!

Ceremony and Reception Address:

Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park

601 Howard England Way

Key West, FL 33040

Ceremony: 6:00-7:00

Cocktail Hour: 7:00pm-8:00pm

Dinner & Dancing: 8:00pm-12:00pm

Dress Code: Cocktail Attire/Beach Chic

Men: pants and button ups, no ties or jackets unless you want (no shorts or crocs Uncle Dan)

Women: fancier than a sundress but not overly formal, dresses can be short or long.

What shoes should I wear? The ceremony will be in the sand. Then, a short walk or golfcart ride to the area where the cocktail hour and reception will be. Both of these take place in an old fortress, indoor/outdoor so cement flooring and grass. Wear whatever shoes make sense for you knowing this information!

NOTE ABOUT TRANSPORTATION:

There are two pick up spots:

1) Trolley arrives to Margaritaville Beach House at 5:30

2) Conch Train arrives at La Concha Hotel at 5:40

Even if you are not staying in either of these, you may consider walking or ubering to whichever one is closer. There will be plenty of room in both.

Note if you choose to get your own transportation via uber/taxi:

From the wedding coordinator: Folks need to be dropped off in the "Sunset Parking lot", it is the 3rd parking lot. We have prepaid entrance fees 1 week prior, so when guests come in all they have to say is "Cudmore-Gilman Wedding".

Saturday, April 26th

There are no scheduled events/times for this day. The bride and groom will be bar crawling down Duval Street during the day, probably starting around noon, hangover dependent. All are welcome. Text one of us or just have a beer, start walking, and find us (or don't if you want some alone time).
