Please use the website link provided above to book your hotel room under our special rate. We have secured a room block of 35 rooms with a mixture of (1) king size bed and (2) queen size beds. If you are interested in booking a room with 2 queen size beds and there does not appear to be any left in our room block online, please call the hotel so they can accommodate your request with our special rate.

In the event that all 35 rooms in our block have been booked, the hotel will do their best to add additional rooms to the block. This is not guaranteed and depends on the hotel's availability, however, so please be sure to book your room as soon as possible if you plan on staying overnight.

Please know rooms under our hotel block must be booked by April 30th, if not sooner.
