Once upon a time, in the far away land of Belmar, New Jersey, Ashley and Thomas first met in the summer of 2013. Ashley was transferring to attend the same high school as Thomas, so a mutual friend introduced the two of them. Once the school year started, the two had many classes together and quickly became good friends. During this time, they secretly liked one another, although neither of them acted on it.

When it came time to go to college, they drifted apart, earning their degrees on different continents as Thomas moved to Spain for his studies. The years passed and they both started their careers after college. Suddenly, COVID spread across the world and Thomas bought a one-way ticket back to the USA before travel was shut down. Within a few weeks of being back home, Thomas reached out to Ashley to reconnect. They quickly became good friends again, spending most days together social distancing in Ashley's parents backyard.

Ashley and Thomas officially started dating in early 2021, but it felt like they were already dating for months. Over two years of amazing memories, trips, laughter, and good food later, the couple found themselves at one of they're favorite places, Grounds for Sculpture. It was there that Thomas proposed to Ashley on June 3, 2023.

So many great stories and friends and family are intertwined with their story. Everyone plays a part of what brings Ashley and Thomas together and they cannot wait to celebrate with you all on June 21, 2025.
