Please arrive no earlier than 3:30pm and no later than 3:55pm. Any guests arriving after the start of the ceremony will be directed towards the cocktail hour.

We have reserved a room block at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Yucaipa, Ca for our guests. Reach out to the bride or groom for a link, when booking to receive the group rate. Rooms are limited, so we recommend reserving early.

Yes. The alcohol is limited to the signature drinks, selected beers and wine.

Yes! As a family of 4 ourselves, we encourage and support any family with children to attend. Please ensure the child is noted on your RSVP with their age and if a meal plate is needed.

From the Eastbound 10 freeway, exit on Cherry Valley Blvd., turn left (go over the freeway) Westbound go right When you reach Beaumont Ave turn left Beaumont Avenue will turn into Oak glen Road and the road will begin to become a little curvy. Once you PASS Wildwood Canyon on your left you have exactly one more mile to go. Look for a yellow 40mph sign, our driveway is immediately after the sign on the right. Please pull in the gated driveway and park to the right.

Yes! The venue will provide golf cart rides to ALL parts of the venue (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) for any of our guests who may benefit.

Our venue is 100% outdoors. It is located near the mountain range, so it is likely to be cooler with slight winds toward the evening. Fans and umbrellas will be provided during ceremony to help shield any direct sunlight.

The venue has ample parking spaces to accommodate all of our guests. Please note, parking does transcend down a hill, so please use caution when walking up the hill or down to your car when leaving.

Yes! We encourage any individual whom does not feel safe to drive to please utilize ride-share! The venue recommends to schedule your ride-share in advance. Your car will be safe at the venue until the next morning.
