We are incredibly lucky to have such large extended families, but unfortunately we would like to keep the partying for just the adults.

We are still working on a specific room block with one of the many close-by hotels in Sturbridge so stay tuned for an update! If you don't have a preference to join in a designated hotel, there are many within a 5 mile radius of the venue. The closest ones are La Quinta by Wyndham and Holiday Inn Express right on route 20.

Our special day will be held at The Barn at Wight Farm in Sturbridge, MA. We have reserved the full venue where the ceremony will be in the Alpheus room and the cocktail hour will be held in the Winthrop room, which are connected. The reception and night of dancing will then move into the next building that is the actual Barn.

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking for all of our guests. There is the main parking lot and then a raised gravel parking area not far in the back. Unfortunately, we will not have a shuttle service from the hotels to the venue.

During the reception, absolutely! We will have an unplugged ceremony and have full trust in our photographers on capturing the perfect moments.

If you have food allergies, please make sure to let us know directly so we can make sure you are safely accommodated. If you also have a preferred diet, such as vegan or vegetarian, we will also make sure we can work with the venue to serve you a great dinner!
