○ The Westin Hotel lobby is located on the 11th floor. The Observatory Eleven is their beautiful cocktail bar overlooking the river. Please feel free to enjoy a drink there before the reception begins if you arrive early. Then head up the stairs where the party will be held at 7:30pm in the Grand Ballroom on the 12th floor.
