Chris and I met back in July of 2015 on a warm summer night at a bonfire. He swept me off my feet and I’ve never come back down. Chris surprised me with the most incredible engagement while on vacation in Aruba in 2019. If you know me, you know I have had an obsession with flamingos for as long as I can remember. And not only did he surprise me by bringing me to Flamingo Island for the day, he also got down on one knee and proposed. I still cry thinking about that day. Working as a nurse and trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic has been really hard. We also lost my stepfather this past year who meant the world to us. Chris has been my saving grace through all of these struggles and I am forever thankful for his love. I love my fiancé more than anything in this world and this August 14th I finally get to be his wife!
