To qualify for the group rate, reservations must be made by Saturday, May 24th, 2025. We recommend making your reservation by April 2025 to guarantee your room. The sooner the better!

Transportation Options
Denver International Airport (DEN) is about a 30-minute drive from the Wellshire Inn and Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Denver Tech Center. Guests can easily take a rideshare (like Uber or Lyft), or use rental car services available at the airport.
Traffic can be variable so we recommend arriving with plenty of time to spare to ensure a smooth journey to the venue. Safe travels, we can't wait to see you!
Car Rental
Shuttles pick up and drop off at Jeppesen Terminal Level 5, Island 4, outside doors 505-513 (east side) and 504-512 (west side)
RideShare (Uber/Lyft)
If you choose a rideshare, you can easily find pickup locations by following the signs to Ground Transportation on Island 5.
Train
The RTD A Line runs every fifteen minutes between Denver International Airport (DEN) and Denver Union Station in the heart of downtown. The train is located on Level 1 of the DEN Transit Center next to the Westin Denver International Airport Hotel.
