The Courtyard of the Resort at Cypress Hills

4 pm

This is the patio located just behind the resort. You can enter the courtyard two ways: through the Cypress Room in the lower level of the resort or upstairs through the patio doors, next to Ivan's Restaurant.

Please be sure to grab a fairy wand before you are seated to wave as the newly married couple walks back down the aisle!

Cocktail Hour

The Wapiti Room/The Courtyard

5 pm

After the ceremony, please grab yourself a drink, mingle, and make yourself comfortable in The Courtyard or in The Wapiti room. The bridal party will be back soon to join you for some cocktails! If your kids were invited, the kids room will be located in The Cypress Room, they can check out all goodies in there at this time, as well.

Behind the courtyard is The Vale, a gorgeous clearing in the trees. No drinks allowed but it is a beautiful space to check out while you wait.

Supper

The Wapiti Room

6 pm

There will no longer be a separate buffet served early for children. They will be eating at the same time as the adults from the main buffet. However, there are tables and chairs in the kids' room to eat in there if they want. If your toddler or infant requires a high chair, you may want to bring your own, as the resort cannot guarantee enough.

If you listed allergies on your R.S.V.P., the resort staff will specify a a special meal for you.

Speeches and Dancing

The Wapiti Room

Relax and enjoy the rest of the night! Grab yourself a glowstick and be prepared for the bride to get you out on the dance floor. You might find Mike at the candy bar.

Transportation

JTS Buslines

11 pm - 1230 am

If you are staying in Maple Creek and are needing a ride back to your hotel, we have reserved a shuttle to transport guests from The Resort to Cobble Creek Lodge. Rides will be starting at 11 pm and going until 1230 am.
