To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding a child-free event. We politely request that all guests be over the age of 18.

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan. The ceremony will be in the Knight’s Courtyard starting at 3:00 p.m. The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow in the West Garden Room.

Semi-formal/cocktail wear. Please no jeans, shorts, or athletic attire. The bridesmaids are wearing dusty rose in case you want to avoid matching that color :)

We recommend arriving to Castle Farms around 2:30. We are asking our guests to be early because of the drawbridge in downtown Charlevoix that raises every half hour and halts traffic. The drawbridge can also raise unannounced if the ferry to Beaver Island needs to get through, making the commute to the venue potentially unpredictable. If you are late you will unfortunately not be able to enter the ceremony area and will be asked to wait outside which is our worst case scenario so please plan to avoid that!

You may absolutely bring a plus one as long as they are older than 18! Please make sure when you RSVP that you list your plus one’s name as well.

We are kindly requesting an unplugged ceremony. Please ensure your camera and devices are turned off until after the ceremony. We want to see your lovely faces and happy smiles!

Due to the size of the shuttle and distance from the hotel to the venue, we are only providing transportation back to the hotel. Please note that the shuttle will only be provided for guests that are staying at our hotel block. The shuttle will depart from Castle Farms at roughly 7:45 p.m., 8:45 p.m., and 10 p.m. You are able to leave your car overnight at Castle Farm’s parking lot if needed. If leaving your car overnight, please note the gates to the venue open at 10:00 a.m the following day and your car must be picked up by noon.
