Our love story began when Josh reached out after spotting me at a football game. What started as a simple message quickly turned into something so much more. Not long after, we had our first date at a bonfire, from the very beginning, I had a feeling there was something special about him.

At the time, Josh was attending North Star High School where he ran track, and I was a cheerleader at East High School. Even though we lived on opposite sides of Lincoln, we always found ways to spend time together. As the years went on, we experienced so many milestones together.. homecomings, proms, graduations, vacations, and many memories in between. Through it all, we’ve always supported each other in everything we do.

That support only grew stronger over time. When I began cheering in college, Josh was right there beside me as one of my biggest supporters, driving me to almost every football game. In the same way, I’ve always been there to support him too, it’s something that’s become such an important part of our relationship.

Over time, we built a life with one another. We enjoy cooking dinners at home, especially when Josh is grilling, going out for sushi, having UFC fight nights, and watching movies together. No matter what's going on, we always make time for each other.

In June of 2025, during a trip to Florida with friends, Josh planned the most special surprise. He asked me to marry him, and of course I said yes. It was a moment I’ll never forget.

These days, we’re loving life together under one roof. We recently welcomed the newest member of our family, our goldendoodle, Dory, who is full of energy and brings so much joy to our lives. She loves long walks and cuddling.

We’re so excited to celebrate our love this June with all of our favorite people, tie the knot, and begin this next chapter together as husband and wife.
