On-Island Housing
On-island housing is limited, so we have only reserved it for immediate family and those in the wedding party. Camping is welcome for those who wish to stay on-island the night of the wedding. If you would like to camp, please reach out to us! We would be happy to arrange a spot for you to pitch your tent.
Off-Island Housing
There are many hotel and Airbnb options right on MDI. We recommend reserving a room at the Kimball Terrace (linked below) as it is located right near the Northeast Harbor Marina. If booking via phone, mention the wedding for a discount. If booking online, select the AAA discount.
Getting to and from the Island
We have reserved a boat to take guests to and from the island. The boat is the Sea Queen (see photo attached). It will leave the dock at the Northeast Harbor Marina (address listed above) at 1:45pm and will leave the Islesford town dock at 9:00pm. If you cannot make these boat times, there is a ferry that makes regular runs out to the island (see website for schedule). Be aware, the ferry costs $16 each way. As long as you are not leaving your car overnight, park at the Northeast Harbor Marina lot.
