Our Wedding

Once upon a time in Los Angeles, while one was healing and the other was finding himself neither knew that fate had other plans. Ashley wasn’t looking for anything because she was healing in an effort to become whole again and Rick was trying to find his way in a new state and to find a love that felt like home. What started with a short message on hinge, sparked a college essay length conversation and multi-hour long phone calls. From watching majestic fireworks to star gazing on rooftops, they knew their relationship was something special right from the start. In a matter of one week both knew that they would spend the rest of their lives together. While Hinge was responsible for formally introducing Rick and Ashley, they likely crossed paths on multiple occasions previously. It started with finding out that they were both at the Santa Ana Court House at the same day just months before meeting. Then seeing pictures of each other at the same ULCA football game. And who would have thought that both of them were working the Oscar’s (neither of them left with their award that night). Life put them in the same vicinity on multiple occasions but the time was not right. It wasn’t until Ashley had done her healing and Rick finally found his footing in Los Angeles that God knew when to bring these two star crossed lovers together. A love story that some might consider a miracle or a Disney fairytale will make the two, become one on September 12th 2025. As they prepare for the best day of their lives they cant help but thank God for every twist and turn that life dealt them because He always knew they were on their way to each other. Its a love story for the ages and they cant wait for you to witness their happily ever after. Mother of three, Nana to two, and proud grandma to one very spoiled grand-dog. She doesn’t need a drink to have a good time—but watch out, because she’ll still out-dance you on the floor. In all seriousness, she’s the rock and the reason the bride has gotten through everything in life, and today wouldn’t be possible without her. ❤️
