Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically named on the invitation. If a plus one has been included, their name will be listed on your invitation.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 8th, 2025. Whether or not you’re able to attend, we’d truly appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience!

Children are welcome to attend. As the event will be held near a lake, we kindly ask that parents or guardians ensure their children are supervised at all times.

You are welcome to take as many photos and videos as you wish. However, please kindly be mindful that children will be in attendance, and we respectfully ask that you avoid including them in any posts or shared images.

An open bar will be available there will be a menu though so it’s limited at the menu.

We will be providing off-site parking with a designated lot and a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the reception venue. Please keep this arrangement in mind when planning your arrival. The shuttle drive will be only around five minutes. For guests requiring additional assistance, a limited number of on-site parking spaces will be available. These spaces must be reserved in advance, so please contact us as soon as possible if you require one.

No, this is just like a post wedding ceremony reception. There will be food and drinks, also lots of music. A chance to celebrate our marriage with everyone important to us.

Yes, the start time is four o'clock for the first hour until five it will be a cocktail hour to allow everyone to show up and get to mingle a bit.

There is not set in stone speeches that are currently planned out, however if you would like to speak please reach out and let us know!

While you are not required to stay for the entire duration, we kindly request that all guests arrive at the designated start time. You are welcome to stay for the full event or depart at your convenience. Please note that the festivities will begin at 5:00 PM, following the cocktail hour.

A parking fee of $5 per vehicle will be collected upon arrival. We kindly ask that all guests be prepared to pay at that time. For your convenience, payment can be made in cash or through digital services such as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, or similar platforms.

The shuttle will run continuously throughout the cocktail hour to accommodate arriving guests. Once all RSVP’d guests have arrived and been checked in, the shuttle service will pause for a period of time. If you need to return to your vehicle earlier, the shuttle driver will be happy to assist just give them a few minutes' heads-up so they can check if any other guests would also like to return at the same time. Regular return service to the parking area will resume at 9:00 PM for those who have not made prior arrangements.

If you do not RSVP by the specified deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend. Should you choose to attend without having RSVP’d, you will be responsible for covering the cost of your meal and drinks, as we will only be covering expenses for confirmed guests.
