Colorado Springs Airport is 15 minutes from the recommended hotel. Denver International Airport is also an option and tends to be significantly cheaper than flying into Colorado Springs; however, it is an hour and a half away from the hotel. If you fly into Denver, you can book a shuttle that can drop you off less than a quarter of a mile away from your hotel. The stop you would want to get off at is Doubletree 1775 E. Cheyenne Mtn Blvd. Colorado Springs, CO 80906. The shuttle cost is $54 per person each way. A shuttle will pick guests up from the recommended hotel at 2:45 p.m. and 3:05 p.m. to get everyone to the venue by 3:20 p.m. There are 51 seats on the shuttle, so please attempt to make the first shuttle so that there aren't too many people trying to get on the second shuttle.
