How can we pray for Ashley and Colman?

Please pray that this time of engagement will be a time to glorify God and draw closer to Him both together and separately. Ashley has been praying 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 over her relationship with Colman for many months, specifically that God would reveal each of these aspects of his character (as He is love and love comes from Him) and grow them in each of these characteristics both together and apart. She would love it if you joined her in this prayer.

How can we pray for the wedding?

Please pray for the completion of the barn by the wedding date. Pray for the safety of all of the workers who are completing the barn. Please pray that we will be light and a positive reflection of Christ in all of our interactions with our vendors. Please pray that our wedding will be a reflection of Christ and his role in our lives.

What should I wear to the wedding?

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. The bridal party will all be in long gowns and the groomsmen will be in suits. The wedding ceremony will occur in a field outside in April, so dress warmly. The wedding reception will occur inside a conditioned barn with a place to hang coats.

Will there be children at the wedding?

Although we love children, this will be an adult's only event. We would love the opportunity to see your children and celebrate with them at another time.

Where will we park for the wedding?

Once you turn onto the farm road at the property, you will drive through a gate and be directed to a space in the field on the other side of the road from the barn.

May I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Though we would love to celebrate with everyone in our lives, we are limited by the size of our venue. Our wedding is RSVP only based on our guest list. Thank you for understanding!

How do I get to Joy Acres?

Joy Acres is the name of Ashley's mother's farm. Please enter the address on the invitation into your GPS and it should bring you to the farm, which is across the road from the Buck Mountain Episcopal Church cemetery.
