There are a number of airport options to fly into depending on how far you are willing to drive. You will either need to rent a car to get to the venue, take a train, or we are happy to arrange a transfer that can pick you up. Please note: if you plan to rent a car, an International Driving Permit is recommended, which can be obtained for $20 at AAA ahead of your trip.

Arcona is the closest airport and is about 40 minutes away, but you would need to connect somewhere else in Europe (more details below). Booking a Ryanair or EasyJet flight from another Europe hub will be most affordable.

If you are planning to extend you trip and travel around Italy anyway, Rome or Florence are each around 3 hours away and worth visiting.

Below is a list of hotels, agriturismos, and villas, all within 20 minutes of the venue. The first three listed are the best options if looking for a hotel room. Towards the bottom are villas that would be better if you are interested in renting with a group of people.

Transportation to and from all accommodations to Casa Olivi will be provided for all three days of events, so please let us know where you decide to book so we can organize.
