When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by no later than Sunday, August 31.
If you have any questions/ concerns about RSVP-ing please contact Bob or Ashley directly.
If I want to stay at Camp, who do I contact?
If you are interested in staying at Camp, please contact Ashley (ashley@olympiasportscamp.com). She will be able to walk you through the process & get you set up.
Please note that in some cases we may pair people up but will contact you before hand.
Can I take photos at the wedding?
We ask that during the ceremony you keep your phones away! We want to make sure that everyone is present for this. During the reception you are more then welcome to take photos & videos.
Will there be a Brunch the next morning?
Yes! We invite you to join us Sunday Morning in the dining hall to enjoy one last tasty meal at Camp!
Just indicate this when RSVP-ing.
What is the dress code?
Fall season in the Muskoka's is a beautiful time of year. But the weather can range greatly. The ceremony will be outside, so whatever is comfortable is best. Heels might not be ideal.
What is the timeline of the day?
We kindly ask that guests arrive around 3:30PM.
Ceremony at 4PM
Cocktail Hour at 4:30PM
Dinner/ Reception 6:00PM
After Party 11:00PM
Will there be drinks available?
Yes! There will be an open bar, as well as non-alcoholic drinks available.
Is there transportation to town?
If you are planning on taking advantage of the open bar, we want to make sure you can get to and from the ceremony safely. If you do not have a DD available, and are planning not to stay on camp, there are several options including "Y-Drive" & "Al's Taxi".
If we have large number staying in town, we will look into a shuttle bus. Details will be announced closer to date.
Who can I bring to the Wedding?
When you go to RSVP it will show up with all the names that are associated with you!

From Toronto:
Take Highway 400 north to Barrie. Continue north on Highway 11 to Huntsville. Exit at Highway 60 toward Ottawa. Continue east until Limberlost Road. Turn left and travel north for 14 km. The camp entrance will be on your right.
From Ottawa
Take Highway 417 west and continue west onto Highway 17. Merge onto Highway 60 and continue west until Limberlost Road. Turn right and travel north for 14 km. The camp entrance will be on your right.
