For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Wingate by Wyndham Sylvania. Please see the Travel section for more information.

The ceremony will be outside weather permitting with the reception to follow indoors. The ceremony will take place on the event lawn with an indoor back up plan should it rain.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal or cocktail. Women - think cocktail dresses; men - think suit and tie or sports coat!

Free parking is available outside of the clubhouse.

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to make sure everyone is seated. The reception will begin at 6 pm following the cocktail hour.

Unfortunately due to space restraints, our celebrations is strictly RSVP only. We can only accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

After the ceremony, family and the bridal party will be taking pictures. We invite you to enjoy cocktail hour on the patio with light hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar.

Yes, there will be an open bar.

We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place near lodging. There is plenty of parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft or Uber is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and utilize a ride service or carpool if you plan to drink.

We want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.
