If you are staying at the Margaritaville hotel check-in is typically 3pm however the resort will allow early check-in, just call ahead the morning of to inform the front desk. This will allow check in and riding the shuttle to the venue on time.

There is ample parking at the venue. In addition, we will have a complimentary shuttle running to/from the Farmhouse Wedding Venue and the Margaritaville Resort.

The shuttle is a 20 person bus. The drive is 25 minutes each way.

Margaritaville Resort departure times:

1:30pm - this is for anyone needing to arrive at the venue early, you will arrive at the venue by 2pm.

2:30pm - this is the ideal shuttle time for wedding guests!! The shuttle will depart no later than 2:40pm and will arrive at the venue by 3pm. Ceremony starts at 3:30pm.

3:30pm - this is for anyone that is running late, you will arrive at the venue by 4pm, after the ceremony but in time for the Happy Hour (4:30pm) and Reception (5pm).

The Farmhouse Venue departure times:

4pm-6pm as needed

6:30pm

7:30pm

8:30pm - the wedding party will be boarding this shuttle time so space will be limited

9:30pm
