Please plan to arrive to the ceremony at least 20 minutes early to arrange for parking and getting seated. If you’re using the hotel shuttle service, we plan to have the shuttle do 2 big pickups and drop offs prior to the ceremony. The shuttle will start pickups around 4:30-4:45 p.m. between the 2 hotels. The 2nd big pickup will likely be between 5:15-5:30 p.m. The ceremony will start at 6 p.m. so please keep that in mind!

There will be a cocktail hour, dinner, drinks, and dancing to follow!
