Brian and Ashley started talking on Match.com on April 7th, 2021. They started messaging nonstop for weeks everyday 24/7.
They decided to meet at a public place on June 12th, 2021. They wanted a public fun place to get to know each other and, since they both love American History, they chose to Meet at Mount Rushmore. They spent the day at Mount Rushmore, and then Keystone visiting the Wax Museum and various other shops. After that date they knew there was something there and decided to officially start dating 🥰.

After 8 months of dating, and driving back and forth to see each other, Brian and Ashley celebrated their 8 month anniversary/Valentines Day by going out to eat and hangout in Rapid City for the day.
On the way home, Brian started begging Ashley to go see Mount Rushmore again. They drove through Keystone, saw all of the stops that they went too, and laughed at all the memories. When they got to Mount Rushmore, Brian asked a cashier to take a picture of them at the exact spot that they met. When Ashley turned to take the picture, Brian got down on one knee. 🥰🥰
