Yes! There is parking available directly in front of the venue. However, carpooling is encouraged when possible to make arrival easier and more efficient for everyone.

Because Fort Eustis is an active military base, all guests must pass through a security checkpoint to enter.

All guests will need a REAL ID (compliant driver’s license or a government-issued ID). Without a valid REAL ID, you will be denied entrance and unfortunately will not be able to attend the wedding.

We will be submitting a list of guests to the gate for sponsorship. To be included, we need your full legal name exactly as it appears on your ID. We will be reaching out to everyone around August to confirm this information. The deadline to submit this is before September. Please note: It must be done in September, not October, as we are required to turn in the final guest list in advance.

We’re planning to hold the ceremony outdoors on a balcony overlooking the river and trees, weather permitting. If needed, it will be moved indoors. The venue is fully air-conditioned for everyone's comfort.

The reception will allow guests to flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, so you can enjoy the evening wherever you feel most comfortable.

At this time, plus ones are not permitted. Our guest list has been carefully planned. If you were hoping to bring someone we may have missed, please contact us before September to see if we’re able to accommodate.

We’ve already planned for the children we hoped to have join us. If you were planning to bring a child not listed on your invitation, please reach out before September so we can do our best to accommodate accordingly.

Yes! The buffet will feature both chicken and pork dishes, with a variety of sides. If you’re unsure about any item, feel free to ask on-site before selecting. We’ll post the menu soon to provide additional detail in advance.

Yes, alcohol will be available. Final selections are still being decided and will be shared closer to the big day. Please drink responsibly—arrange a safe ride home or have a designated driver in your group. Drinking and driving will not be tolerated.
