Malorey (Mal)
Malorey (Mal) - Maid of Honor
Mal was the random roommate that Ashley never saw coming, but quickly became the person she couldn't imagine life without. The two were randomly assigned to live together in a townhouse senior year of college, each only having one girl left to room with. It didn’t take long for them to realize they were practically the same person—and that they grew up just 15 minutes apart from each other. From that point on, they were inseparable, and the rest of college was filled with memories they’ll cherish forever. After graduation, they both moved back home (again, just 15 minutes apart), and their friendship only grew stronger. Now, whether it’s grabbing coffee, running to Target, or simply catching up with a good phone call after work, Ashley and Mal have built a bond that’s lasted far beyond their college days—and they wouldn't have it any other way.Ashley is so excited to have Mal standing by her side on her big day, as she truly couldn’t imagine celebrating this moment without her!
Paige
Paige - Bridesmaid
Paige is Ashley’s younger (and, according to Paige, cooler) sister. The two met at birth and have shared a lifetime of crazy and fun memories ever since. Growing up, they were always playing house, nailing the drums on Rock Band (Ashley on the drums, Paige on the ground hitting the pedal), or dressing the dogs up in costumes. Anyone who knows them will tell you that Ashley is the old lady who’s in bed by 10 p.m., while Paige is the night owl who stays up until 5 a.m. having the time of her life—sometimes without Ashley!Fun fact: Paige once convinced Ashley’s parents, Christine and Dennis, that Seth was a drug dealer (spoiler: he’s not), all because Ashley left the house on their first date. Needless to say, Paige still hasn’t lived that one down!
Anna
Anna - Bridesmaid
Ashley and Anna met in 7th grade English class, but it wasn’t until Sophomore year of high school that they became best friends. Despite surviving all the high school drama (though Anna still claims Ashley was a little crazy), their bond only grew stronger. They went to different colleges but stayed close, so close in fact that they ended up doing an internship together going into their senior year. It worked out so well that they still work at the same company, have the same job, and sit just three cubes away from each other every day. No one could have predicted that two “weird” 7th grade friends would end up as IT Finance Consultants together, but hey they made it.
Mayzie
Mayzie - Bridesmaid
Ashley and Mayzie met on the first day of work at Maryville Consulting Group, both fresh out of college and with absolutely no idea what they were doing. But being the only two girls in the office at the time, they knew they had to stick together. Mayzie is from New Hampshire but works out of the Boston office, which means lots of long-distance messages, FaceTime happy hours, and frequent trips to visit each other. Though they've only known each other for a short time, they both know their friendship is here to stay—no matter where their careers take them.Fun fact: When Ashley (and Anna) went to visit Mayzie in New Hampshire, she convinced (okay, more like asked) them to climb a mountain (or, let's be real, a hill). Ashley complained the whole way up and swore she’d never return to New Hampshire again. (I guess Ashley might be a little dramatic... hehe).
Shane
Shane - Best Man
Shane is Seth’s older brother by two years and his lifelong partner in crime. From T-ball to Boy Scouts, high school Marching Band, and earning their Eagle Scout ranks, these two did just about everything together—except agree on how to play video games without yelling at the screen. Despite their differences, they can always bond over a tricky engineering problem or an absurdly simple game that somehow turns into life-or-death competition.Fun fact: Shane and Ashley were both at Mizzou at the same time while Seth was still in high school, and they even lived down the hall from each other. When Ashley’s apartment flooded with sewage (yes, really), Shane was the first to rush in and save the day—no hesitation, no questions asked. He’s not just been an incredible big brother to Seth, but also an honorary big brother to Ashley for the past seven years.
Drew
Drew - Groomsman
Drew and Seth met in high school engineering class and quickly became inseparable. Their friendship only grew stronger when they both ended up at Mizzou, where they practically had every class together. Whether they were out at the bar, tailgating at a Mizzou football game, or grinding away in the Engineering building, they were always up to something fun (and probably causing a little chaos along the way).Senior year, they took it to the next level and became roommates, keeping the good times rolling. After graduation, they both ended up in the same field (different companies, but the same job), meaning they get to reconnect at STL engineering happy hours—where the laughs are always guaranteed.Fun twist: While Ashley doesn’t work in the engineering world with Seth and Drew, she does work with Drew’s dad, which always makes for some entertaining conversations.
Justin
Justin - Groomsman
Justin and Seth met in high school Marching Band and have been close ever since. They’ve spent countless hours playing Destiny (proudly standing as the only two in the friend group who refuse to admit the game is dumb) and throwing way too many rounds of disc golf. Justin is also the life of the party—whether it’s a game night, a wedding, or just a random Tuesday, he’s always bringing the energy. Now, here’s a little-known piece of history: Justin and Ashley actually had a ton of classes together growing up, and—allegedly—Justin may have had a tiny crush on her during the early years of high school. He even mentioned her in the guys’ group chat! Seth, who had no idea who Ashley was at the time, only added her on Snapchat because Justin kept talking about her. And, well… Ashley ended up talking to Seth instead. Sorry, Justin—tough break!Fast forward a few years, and all three of them ended up at Mizzou together, making even more unforgettable memories. Through it all, Justin has remained one of Seth and Ashley’s closest friends, and they couldn’t imagine celebrating this day without him!
Nathan
Nathan - Groomsman
Nathan and Seth met in school and have been close ever since—even though Nathan betrayed Mizzou by going to KU. Despite the rivalry (M-I-Z!), their friendship stayed strong through college, countless video game sessions, and plenty of beers. No matter what they’re doing, they can always count on each other for a good laugh—whether it’s over a ridiculous in-game fail or a completely unnecessary debate about which school is superior (spoiler: it’s Mizzou). In high school, they also played basketball together, where they had one very important job: guarding the 7-foot-tall guy. Did they stop him? Not a chance. Did they have fun trying? Absolutely.Rival school or not, Nathan has been a loyal friend, and Seth and Ashley are so excited to have him by their side on the big day!
