Our Wedding

Ashley and Hayden actually met in high school in 2012. While Hayden was attending ESD and Ashley Bishop Lynch, they had several mutual friends and ran into each other from time to time. Although they didn't know each other well, when Hayden saw Ashley on Hinge in December of 2021, familiar faces made it easy to setup a date at Harwood Arms. While Hayden was between jobs, it made it easy for them to spend a lot of time together. From ice skating dates, flying around Dallas, and homemade pizza nights, this frequent time together early in the relationship helped them build a solid foundation. Hayden then got a job flying airplanes for Wheels Up and would soon be working an 8 days on (and away from home) 6 days off schedule. Because of their strong foundation created early on they persisted and grew together, even when physically apart. Ashley works from home in her office with her assistants Maxine, who is usually whining from the other room for attention or judging you silently to your face, and Lucy who just wants to play outside all day. She is a pilates instructor as well and stays very busy, but with Hayden now at Southwest Airlines they get to spend more time together. They've taken many trips together already, inlcuding to Germany and Italy for a wedding, ski trips in Colorado, and a trip to see some of Ashley's family on St. Simon's Island in Georgia, where Hayden proposed in June of 2024.
