Room block is for both Wednesday the 5th and Thursday the 6th. Shuttles will be taking guest from the hotel to the venue (4 minute ride) starting at 3:15 pm until 4:30 pm. The shuttles back will begin at 9:00 pm and continue until 12:00 pm.

Please note there is also on site parking available at the venue if you wish to drive yourself. The parking lot is walking distance to the ceremony, but there will also be golf cart shuttles to bring you from the parking lot to venue.
