We met in college at Slippery Rock University in the fall of 2016. We started out as friends, became best friends, and eventually we made things official March 11, 2017.

After graduation, and I mean literally two days after graduation, our relationship was put to the test. We only knew each other for about eight months before Anthony was moving to Seattle, Washington for an internship until the end of August. A job was offered in the end, but he turned It down to come home. Shortly after coming home, after only seeing each other twice in four months, Anthony then decided to take a job in Buffalo, New York. I know, right?

30 days after Anthony gets settled into his house in Buffalo, he gets a phone call that he has a job opportunity waiting for him back at home... Next thing you know, he FINALLY comes back to Pittsburgh at the end of October to start his job November 1st, 2017. No, there were no more states, and he’s been at that job ever since.

Talk about a rollercoaster of emotions after only knowing each other for a short period of time. From the ups and down and all in between, our first year together was one for the books.

We both lived at home for a solid two years after he moved back from Buffalo. We decided an hour commute to each other was getting old, and we moved in together in September of 2019. We lived in our townhouse for one year and decided we needed a fur baby. We got our sweet boy, Oakley, and he’s been the best thing to ever happen to us.

Anthony bought us our first home in September of 2020. We have been here ever since, and Oakley is turning 5 years old in January.

After 7 years, 3 different states, and two homes later, my best friend proposed on 2/3/23.

We are so excited for this next journey, and we are so thankful and blessed to have the family and friends that we do. To many more years of this crazy, beautiful life together!

We cant wait to celebrate with all of you!
