Our Wedding

Our love story could be told many ways, Cole may say they met on Twitter and Ashley may say they met through a mutual friend; both can be correct. They happened to come across each other through social media because of a friend, but hadn’t met one another in person until a random night in July of 2019 at a party in Dixon. Although they didn’t know what the other looked like very well, as soon as they bumped into each other they recognized the familiarity.

They would continue to talk as friends, until they saw eachother at a Halloween party that Ashley’s brother James was hosting.  Although Cole was a bit shy, Ash was able to get out of his shell. Not only is that night remembered for its stellar costumes, but they shared their first kiss and made it clear they were always more than just friends.

Ash: We have been together for 5 years! Cole asked me by painting me a beautiful canvas; he wrote on the back, “Notice how I told you and not asked you”- he already knew there’s no chance I would say no!

Parking 

We would like to emphasize Del Mar is a popular beach town, so parking can be limited at times. There are several paid lots nearby (some up to $30), and guests will need to cover their own parking. Free street parking is sometimes available if you arrive early, and we highly recommend carpooling or using Uber/Lyft to make things easier. If you need help figuring out options, feel free to reach out!

Del Mar Civic Center 

Free parking in the residential areas north of the Del Mar Motel. Meters on Coast Boulevard accept credit cards, debit, or coins. 

Meters On Coast Boulevard 

This location is across from the venue however, is the most expensive parking option. Prices range from $30-$50. Accepts cards and bills.

SeaGrove Del Mar Lot

Under the LAuberge Inn located off 15th Street, on the north side, just east of the post office, this location is metered and takes coins only.
