The gravel parking lot to the right of the Royal Glenora building (i.e. "overflow parking") can be used for parking for the duration of the event. The venue does not allow overnight parking.

The doors to the ceremony will open at 1:30pm, and the ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. The overflow parking lot is about a 2 minute walk from the venue. Please arrive no later than 1:45pm to allow time for parking and to find your seat. Unfortunately, guests that arrive past the ceremony start time will not be seated for the ceremony to avoid disruptions, but we would love to have you join us after the ceremony for cocktail hour.

Please use the "Event Entrance" on the right side of the building and make your way to the second level.

We do not have a gift registry. If you wish to honour us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a monetary donation towards our future plans; which includes our honeymoon, furnishing our house, and getting Ashley some cooking lessons.

We invite you to celebrate our special day in formal or cocktail attire.

Our wedding will take place primarily indoors. There is an outdoor patio available (weather permitting). During cocktail hour, guests may want to take a walk in the lovely river valley surrounding the venue!

Yes! Please drink responsibly and plan your transportation from the venue accordingly.

To create a more intimate atmosphere, we kindly ask that our celebration be a 16+ event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating wonderful memories together!

To accommodate our venue guest allowance, a "plus-one" will be indicated on your invitation and the RSVP section if we are able to offer a spot for an additional guest.
