Jon and Ashley liked each other's profile on Hinge. What started off as sending messages through the app, turned to sending funny voice memos to then calling each other most nights after work/school. Finally, Jon asked for her phone number and the rest is history!

3 weeks later Jon + Ash went on their first date. This is their first picture together after their date. Now, this picture serves as a first to a lifetime more of pictures.

We're both introverts so it was such a sweet process for us to be shy initially and then gradually open up more. You can tell in this picture we're comfortable with one another 🤍

We took our first road trip to Austin! Who knew that a year later we would be engaged.

During this time, Ashley was completing her clinical rotation in graduate school and was often stressed out. However, J would find ways to show his appreciation!

We adopted our first kitten, Dulce. She definitely kept us on our toes.

We both decided to move in together. Life is so much sweeter when you look forward to seeing your person at the end of the day.

Ashley has been prepping for a half-marathon and Jon has been by her side every step of the way (no pun intended).

Our friends and I discovered that Jon is REALLY good at trivia.

It has been challenging to live in the USA without my family but I'm glad we both got to see my family in Peru and experience the love my family has for both of us. P.S. This trip was a huge culture shock to J because it was his first international travel. We love a white-seasoned and cultured man!
