We recommend arriving at 3:30, and no later than 3:45 pm. Our ceremony will begin at 4 pm.

Unfortunately, due to venue size and assigned seating chart, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Both! Our ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors, while dancing will take place inside. In case of rain, we are able to move the entire event into the barn onsite.

Take whatever route you'd like to get to Cloverdale, which is off the 101 freeway. The 3rd exit (traveling north) for Cloverdale is the exit for Highway 128 - take that. You will go under the freeway and past a large redwood saw mill on your left. About 1/4 mile further, you will need to make a rather sharp right to stay on/continue with highway 128 (CA-128). Important Note: DO NOT pay attention the house numbers on Highway 128, as they go up and down and are out of sequence. Once you've made the right, we are about 7.5 miles further on 128. You will see a sign for Mountain House Road - at that point you will continue on 128 for just another 1/2 mile and we are on the left. Press the button on the call box and we will let you in!

We get it, we're dog people! However, we kindly request that unless stated on your invitation, please leave your babies (furry or otherwise) at home.

There is a parking lot on-site at the bottom of the property, right off of the entrance. From there, we have a shuttle that will transport you up to the venue location, and back to the parking lot at the end of the night.

Yes! We will have a bar onsite, and are serving wine, beer, champagne, and several signature cocktails. Due to venue restrictions, shots and unmixed liquor won't be served.

Feel free to leave your wallet at home! We will have an open bar, and the venue doesn't allow cash tips.

We kindly request that you RSVP by August 2nd, 2024. Because we need to confirm numbers with our vendors ahead of time, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate RSVP's after that date.
