It all started with a dance.

Back in high school, our close friends decided to play matchmaker and set us up on a date. We went to Ashley’s Senior Ball together—never imagining that one evening would be the start of something truly lasting. From that moment on, life kept bringing us closer.

In 2017, Spencer joined Ashley at Sonoma State University, and college became the next chapter in our journey. Between busy class schedules, late-night snack runs, and figuring out how to navigate adulthood, we found comfort and joy in simply growing together. We built a life together one small moment at a time.

During college, Ashley adopted Maya—a small bundle of energy with big brown eyes and an even bigger heart. What started as a spontaneous decision turned into one of the best things to ever happen to us. Maya quickly became our shared sidekick, emotional support pup, adventure buddy, and the center of our little family. If you know us, you know how much we adore her (and how spoiled she is).

Two years ago, we took another big step: we bought our first home in Folsom,CA. It’s been filled with laughter, hard work, and a few too many trips to Home Depot.​​ Building a home together has been one of the most meaningful parts of our journey, and has allowed us to grow and create a life that is uniquely ours.

Now, we can’t wait to take the next step — surrounded by the people we love — and officially start our forever!
