Q + A

Are doggies allowed?

Sorry NO dogs are allowed on the property.

Can I stay at the venue?

All are welcome to stay at the venue on both Friday and Saturday night. There is ample room to set up tents or park campers (there are no hookups). The venue charges $100 for campers and $50 for teeptsnts. That's the price for the entire weekend. Venue accepts cash or Venmo. There will be a special slumber party in the barn the night of the wedding. Anyone who wishes to bring their sleeping bags to the dance floor can stay free of charge.

When can I show up if I am camping?

You are welcome to come to the venue anytime on Friday after noon.

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 20 minutes beforehand and find a seat a few minutes before 3:00. Feel free to arrive earlier if you're excited to get the party started. There will be a fleet of yard games and a bunch of friendly humans to mingle with.

¿Hay Cervezas?

The welcome party on Friday is BYOB. At the wedding we'll have serve-yourself beer and wine. If you want something stronger, feel free to pack it along. Just make sure to hide it from the security guard (Oso the Australian shepherd).

Will there be a shuttle?

Please let us know when you RSVP if you would utilize a shuttle on the wedding night. The plan is to have a shuttle pick up in Bozeman, Belgrade and Three Forks. The time of these pick ups and specific location will be determined closer to the wedding. There will be two shuttle during the night, one at 9PM and one at 11:30 PM. Consider using this option or staying at the venue. Please don't drink and drive!

Indoors or outdoors?

The hope is to conduct the ceremony outside, moving into the barn after for dinner and dancing. However, weather in MT can change in the blink of an eye, so we may have to adapt and come inside sooner than anticipated. We're asking everyone to remain flexible and to check the weather beforehand. Let us be clear: we're partying rain or shine.
