Due to venue capacity, unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to have a kid-free event, with the exception of our bridal party. Please enjoy this date night on us!

Semi-formal attire, please! Ladies, the ceremony and dining will be on a grassy lawn, so take that into account when choosing your footwear.

Florida in April is warm with temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to the high-80s. A majority of our wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, but the estate will be open in case of rain and for those who would like an air conditioned break.

Please arrive by 4:30 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

We want all of our loved ones to be fully present for our vows, and we'd ask that you honor our wishes for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. We promise to share all of the photos with you! For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to post pictures using our wedding hashtag #TOHAVEANDTOHOLLISTER so that we can see them too!

Parking is available at the estate, but please note that overnight parking is prohibited. There is a large parking lot for the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee Campus located directly outside of the estate's gates where you can leave your vehicle overnight if necessary.

We will have a 30 minute seated ceremony at 5 p.m. followed by a cocktail hour inside the estate. A formal seated dinner will begin on the lawn at 6:30 p.m., with drinks and dancing to follow on the courtyard patio until 11 p.m.
